Using DesiMixTape
DesiMixTape lets you discover music, generate experimental audio and save a personal library. You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Your content and permitted use
You retain any rights you hold in your prompts and other submitted content. You permit us and our service providers to process that content to operate the features you request. Submit only material you are entitled to use. Do not submit confidential information, infringe copyright or privacy, impersonate others, interfere with security, or automate abusive use.
Music rights
Access to audio does not give you ownership or a commercial licence. AI output may resemble existing work, may not be unique, and may not qualify for copyright protection. New ACE-Step generations use an Apache-2.0-licensed model and may be used commercially subject to third-party rights and applicable law. Older MusicGen outputs retain their non-commercial model restriction. Jamendo recordings remain subject to their individual licences. Read the Music Use Policy before downloading, sharing or publishing audio.
Studio songs and speech
Where enabled, Studio songs are powered by ElevenLabs and spoken voiceovers by Sarvam. Each output records its provider and applicable usage terms. These outputs are not governed by the ACE-Step model licence. Review the provider usage notices and third-party rights before publishing.
Projects, reviews and uploads
Where Studio features are enabled, upload only audio or video you own or are authorised to use. Voice cloning and performer impersonation are not offered. Invited reviewers must sign in; project owners control access. Review decisions apply only to the selected immutable version and do not approve later edits.
Availability and saved audio
Generation may fail; technical failures return the reserved credit. New generated audio is stored privately with your library. Older recordings may still refer to third-party URLs that expire. Keep your own backup of important work. We may change or suspend features for maintenance, security or misuse. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or suitability for a particular purpose.
Songs
Songs, clips, voiceovers and video all draw on one clip-credit balance. A song is priced by its length and the cost is shown before you confirm; a successful song section replacement is priced the same way. One cached stem extraction is included per generated version when enabled. Repeat downloads and exports do not consume generation credits. A campaign reserves its displayed total cost; each failed variant returns its own reservation.
Payments and cancellation
Credit packs are one-time purchases: ₹199 for 10 credits, ₹499 for 30, or ₹999 for 60, including applicable taxes. No recurring subscription is created. One successful clip up to 30 seconds costs one credit. Failed jobs return reserved credits; repeat downloads and local exports are free. Credits are account-specific, not transferable or redeemable for cash, and have no scheduled expiry while the service operates. Read the Refund Policy before purchase. Purchases are only available when checkout is enabled.
Responsibility and applicable law
You are responsible for reviewing outputs and obtaining permissions for your intended use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of accuracy, originality or fitness for purpose. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by Indian law, without limiting mandatory protections that apply to you.
Accounts, complaints and changes
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by emailing ganderecom@gmail.com. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service. Send questions, complaints or appeals to the same address. Material updates will be identified on this page; changes do not remove rights already accrued.
